Your Role in Our Story:

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team and help drive revenue growth for our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales deals through various remote channels. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, results-driven, and have a passion for technology and customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prospect, qualify, and generate sales leads through outbound calls, emails, and other remote channels
- Conduct research to identify potential customers and gather information about their needs, goals, and pain points
- Communicate the value of Illumine's products and services to prospects, and position them as the solution to their business challenges
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to close, and provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer success, to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with customers to promote repeat business
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in using CRM software, sales automation tools, and other sales enablement technologies
- Results-driven mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs
- Positive attitude, customer-oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
