Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Inside Sales Specialist. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include engaging with potential clients, maintaining communication with existing customers, and providing exceptional customer service. The role may also involve developing sales strategies and identifying opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the procurement, rewards, or merchandise sectors is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
