Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, conducting sales calls, understanding customer needs, and providing suitable course recommendations. The role involves managing customer relationships, maintaining customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks will include communicating with prospective students, following up on leads, and fulfilling customer service needs to ensure a positive experience.
