Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist, located in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, customer interaction, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include qualifying leads, managing sales calls, maintaining customer records, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client needs are met. The specialist will also focus on achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications
- Skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to maintain Customer Satisfaction
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Experience in the education sector is a plus
