Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Inside Sales Specialist role located in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, customer satisfaction, communication, and customer service. The responsibilities will include qualifying leads, talking to potential customers, and closing sales while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
Qualifications
- Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer satisfaction
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in the edtech industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Note: Other relevant qualifications and skills may also be considered.
