Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our B2C Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting incoming leads into customers by understanding their learning needs and recommending the right Simplilearn programs. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming leads and inquiries via calls
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programs based on career goals.
  • Follow up with leads, provide timely information, and convert them into paid learners.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consultative selling.
  • Maintain a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
  • Update CRM with accurate and complete lead/customer details.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide market feedback and improve offerings.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 6 months–4 years of B2C inside sales experience, preferably in EdTech or a similar industry.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools - Salesforce is a plus.
  • Willingness to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
