Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting sales initiatives. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, following up on leads, communicating product value to potential customers, and maintaining customer relationships. Effective communication and exceptional customer service are crucial to this role.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and provide excellent Customer Service
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
