YASH Technologies is a leading technology integrator specializing in helping clients reimagine operating models enhance competitiveness optimize costs foster exceptional stakeholder experiences and drive business transformation At YASH we re a cluster of the brightest stars working with cutting-edge technologies Our purpose is anchored in a single truth - bringing real positive changes in an increasingly virtual world and it drives us beyond generational gaps and disruptions of the future We are looking forward to hire Business Analysis Professionals in the following areas Exp 8 Years Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager - Business Analysis Project Delivery to lead a team of 7 Business Analysts based in our Bangalore office This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our offshore BA team and onshore Product Owners ensuring seamless communication strategic alignment and agile delivery excellence The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities a deep understanding of agile methodologies and the ability to translate business strategy into actionable delivery plans Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Development Lead mentor and grow a team of 7 Business Analysts Build team capabilities across product knowledge technical acumen and soft skills Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement Strategic Alignment Delivery Understand and interpret the strategic direction of the US-based business Translate strategic goals into delivery plans for the offshore team Ensure alignment between business objectives and agile execution Agile Process Communication Act as a conduit between offshore BAs and onshore Product Owners Facilitate effective communication and knowledge transfer across geographies Support PI planning backlog grooming and agile ceremonies as needed Operational Excellence Identify and resolve team dynamics and delivery blockers Develop and implement best practices templates and models for story development Drive process efficiency and consistency across agile teams Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Technology or related field 8 years of experience in business analysis agile delivery or product management 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working in a global delivery model US-India collaboration preferred Preferred Skills Certified Scrum Master CSM or Product Owner CSPO certification Experience with tools like Jira Confluence and Agile frameworks Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams At YASH you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment We leverage career-oriented skilling models and optimize our collective intelligence aided with technology for continuous learning unlearning and relearning at a rapid pace and scale Our Hyperlearning workplace is grounded upon four principles Flexible work arrangements Free spirit and emotional positivity Agile self-determination trust transparency and open collaboration All Support needed for the realization of business goals Stable employment with a great atmosphere and ethical corporate culture
