Company Description Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited is a 100 owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH one of the world s leading global supplier of technology and services offering end-to-end Engineering IT and Business Solutions With over 22 700 associates it s the largest software development center of Bosch outside Germany indicating that it is the Technology Powerhouse of Bosch in India with a global footprint and presence in the US Europe and the Asia Pacific region Manage all facets of cafeteria operations including menu planning food preparation inventory control and customer service ensuring high standards of quality and cleanliness are maintained Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of events hosted at the facility ranging from corporate meetings and conferences to weddings and social gatherings Direct daily operations across various departments including housekeeping maintenance security and front desk to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery Develop and implement strategic plans policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency enhance guest satisfaction and maximize revenue opportunities Lead and mentor a diverse team of staff members providing training guidance and support to foster a culture of excellence and teamwork Monitor financial performance and budgetary compliance for all operational areas identifying areas for cost savings and revenue enhancement Oversee facilities management activities including maintenance repairs renovations and capital improvement projects to ensure the safety functionality and aesthetic appeal of the property Foster positive relationships with vendors suppliers and service providers negotiating contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and pricing Ensure compliance with all relevant health safety and regulatory requirements conducting regular inspections and audits to maintain compliance Stay abreast of industry trends best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation in operations and service delivery Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced dynamic environment Proficiency in relevant software applications including property management systems event management software and Microsoft Office suite Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed to support operational requirements Qualifications Qualifications 1 Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management 2 Minimum of 12-15 years of progressive experience in hospitality management with a strong background in cafeteria events operations and facilities management within the hotel industry 3 Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of effectively leading and developing teams to achieve operational excellence and guest satisfaction 4 Excellent organizational communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests employees and stakeholders at all levels 5 Proven financial acumen with the ability to develop and manage budgets analyze financial reports and drive profitability 6 Comprehensive knowledge of hospitality operations including food and beverage service event planning housekeeping maintenance and guest services
