About the Role
We're looking for our first sales hire to help companies discover how AI can make their teams more effective, not replace them. You'll be selling AI training and consulting services to forward-thinking organizations ready to embrace human-AI collaboration.
What You'll Actually Do
- Own the full sales cycle for B2B training and consulting engagements
- Target HR and L&D leaders at mid-market companies
- Build relationships through consultative selling approach
- Help define our go-to-market strategy as we scale
- Use modern sales tools to research, engage, and close deals
What You Bring
- 2-3 years B2B sales experience with proven quota achievement
- CRM expertise (Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation skills
- Complex deal experience managing longer sales cycles
- Strong presentation skills for C-level conversations
- Genuine curiosity about AI and its business applications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
