We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager HR System Integrations: to lead the design, development, and maintenance of Workday integrations within our HR systems landscape. This role will be responsible for managing Workday integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between HR and other enterprise applications, and providing strategic guidance on integration best practices. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Workday integration tools, strong leadership abilities, and a track record of successfully managing HR technology projects. Key Responsibilities: IT Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement the DD&T strategy aligned with business objectives. Identify DD&T requirements and priorities, ensuring effective allocation of resources and budgeting. Research and evaluate emerging technologies and trends, providing recommendations for innovation and improvement. Develop and maintain DD&T policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance and security. IT Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day DD&T operations, including application support, network infrastructure, systems administration. Implement ITIL-based processes for incident management, problem management, change management, and service request management. Ensure adherence to DD&T governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Collaborate with vendors to resolve technical issues, implement upgrades, and improve service quality. Project Management: Oversee delivery of DD&T projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements. Coordinate project activities, manage risks, and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders. IT Security and Risk Management: Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement mitigation strategies. Develop and enforce DD&T policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. - Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. - Master's Degree (Preferred) in Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Information Systems, Master of Science (MS) in Information Technology Management, or related disciplines. - 12 + years relevant experiences in HR Systems (Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors) - 8+ years Workday integration Development experience using various Workday integration tools (Core Connector, EIB, Custom Report, PICOF, Studio, APIs) - 8+ years experience in Business and Systems Integration, and implementing applications - 6+ years programming experience XSLT, XML, Object Oriented Programming (OOP), and SDLC - Experience related to Software as a Service (SaaS) - Experience with ServiceNow Ticketing tool as well and JIRA Locations: IND - Bengaluru Worker Type: Employee Worker Sub-Type: Regular Time Type: Full time
