**Sales Management & Closures**:
- Lead the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales process, from inquiry to closure, ensuring a smooth client journey.
- Handle walk-in clients, incoming calls, and all other types of inquiries with professionalism.
- **Client Handling**:
- Engage with clients, primarily senior citizens and their families, providing detailed information and guidance throughout the sales process.
- Build long-term relationships with clients by offering exceptional service.
- Be empathetic, patient, and understanding when dealing with senior clients.
- **Team Leadership**:
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate the sales team, ensuring peak performance and team collaboration.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching as needed.
- Ensure proper allocation of inquiries, follow-up, and management of leads.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
- Analyze sales data, track progress against targets, and make strategic adjustments as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deals closed, and pending negotiations.
- **Presentations & Corporate Relations**:
- Deliver presentations to potential corporate partners and clients, showcasing project offerings and highlighting key benefits.
- Create compelling PowerPoint presentations for corporate meetings and other stakeholders.
- **Skills in Excel & Reports**:
- Utilize Excel to maintain sales trackers, monitor team performance, and prepare analysis reports.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports to the management team on sales and client metrics.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in real estate sales management, preferably in senior living or residential projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a variety of clients, especially seniors.
- Patience and empathy when dealing with senior clients and their families.
- Ability to work on Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools.
- Strong presentation skills, with experience presenting to corporate clients and large groups.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle the entire sales lifecycle from start to finish.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in a sales leadership role within real estate.
- Experience working in the senior living segment is an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per year
