Valion's portfolio includes PropCare, launched in 2014 to provide property management services, and myfollo, a real estate portfolio management portal for property advisory for investors and end users.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Developer Sales position in the Real Estate sector. The Developer Sales role involves generating leads, managing client relationships, providing customer service, executing sales strategies, and managing sales teams. The individual will work closely with clients to meet their real estate investment needs, offer expert advice, and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Skills in Lead Generation and Communication
- Customer Service and Sales expertise
- Experience in Sales Management
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
- Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
