About Acadly
Acadly is a Classroom Response System and Attendance Automation platform used at universities such as Duke, Columbia, UIC, IITK, IITD, and several others. Our platform transforms classrooms into engaging, interactive learning environments. Acadly is free for professors and students at higher education institutions, enhancing the educational experience for all.
Responsibilities
- Outbound calling & meeting setup: Make disciplined daily calls to prospective institutions, fixing meetings for our founders with decision makers.
- Field sales (weekly): Plan and execute visits to colleges, coaching centers, and other higher education institutions, with or without prior appointments, to generate new opportunities.
- Professional sales conduct: Maintain punctual office hours, learn by listening to founder-led sales conversations, and uphold professionalism in all interactions.
- Communication & presentation: Use strong spoken and written English to confidently represent Acadly, whether on calls, in meetings, or through email.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent verbal English communication skills (public speaking, dramatics, debating experience a plus).
- Confidence, integrity, and discipline in daily work.
- Ambition to learn and build a career in sales.
- Experience (02 years) in sales, telecalling, or customer-facing roles welcome, but not required.
