Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Development Representative, located in Gurugram. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and generating new sales opportunities through various methods including cold calling, email communication, and social media outreach. Tasks include qualifying inbound leads, conducting market research, managing CRM systems, and collaborating with the sales team to develop and execute growth strategies. Daily responsibilities also involve documenting interactions, setting up appointments for senior sales teams, and continuously improving sales techniques and knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Inside Sales, Sales, and Business Development skills
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
