Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Industrial Land Sales Manager with a strong background in real estate, industrial land, warehouses, and commercial property transactions. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, brokers, industrial sellers, warehouse owners, and industrial buyers.
- Organize and lead business meetings, presentations, and site visits with prospective clients.
- Create and implement sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Engage with clients to understand requirements, address queries, and close deals.
- Maintain and update the customer database to generate new business opportunities.
- Take feedback from existing clients and ensure effective issue resolution.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present results to management.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree (BBA/B.Tech) or MBA.
- 26 years of relevant sales experience in real estate, industrial land, warehouses, interiors, paint, or waterproofing solutions.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and effective internet usage for business development.
- CRM experience preferred.
- 4-wheeler and valid driving license mandatory.
