Job Summary We are seeking a passionate creative and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and oversee all culinary operations The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing menus managing kitchen staff ensuring food quality and safety standards and delivering an exceptional dining experience that aligns with our brand and vision Key Responsibilities Kitchen Leadership Lead train and manage the kitchen team including sous chefs line cooks and kitchen assistants Foster a culture of collaboration accountability and high performance Menu Development Plan and design seasonal and specialty menus ensuring variety quality and cost-efficiency Stay updated with food trends and customer preferences to innovate and refresh offerings Operations Quality Control Ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation Monitor portion sizes and reduce food waste while maintaining high culinary standards Health Safety Compliance Enforce strict adherence to food hygiene and safety regulations HACCP or local standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times Inventory Cost Management Oversee inventory ordering and stock control to minimize waste and manage food costs Work within budgetary constraints and implement cost-effective practices Collaboration Communication Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service Provide input on restaurant marketing events and promotions when applicable Qualifications Skills Proven experience as a Head Chef Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume or fine-dining establishment Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred Deep knowledge of culinary techniques ingredients and kitchen equipment Strong leadership organizational and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards during busy hours Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Work Location In person
