Job Description We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Business Development & Client Servicing Executive to identify new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and oversee end-to-end campaign execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, preparing tailored media plans, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring successful campaign delivery while maintaining strong client satisfaction and timely payment follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities with both new and existing clients through research, outreach, and relationship-building efforts. Research potential clients by exploring industry trade websites, exhibitions, and market opportunities to expand business pipelines. Understand client briefs and develop strategic media plans that meet objectives with innovative and value-driven solutions. Collaborate closely with clients directly to deliver customized marketing and advertising solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication and ensuring smooth coordination throughout the campaign lifecycle. Oversee campaign execution and coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery. - Track and manage invoicing and payment collection, ensuring timely financial follow-up. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong client relationship and communication skills Business development and lead generation experience Media planning and campaign coordination Ability to understand client needs and propose effective solutions Strong organizational and project management skills Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach Preferred Qualifications: Experience in media, advertising, or marketing agency environment Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously Negotiation and presentation skills
