Job Description Hiring: Business Development Manager (Video Production + Creator Content) Location: Mumbai (Remote)** Experience: 5+ years in Media / Production / Agency world We're looking for a Business Development Manager who understands the creator economy, knows how brands think, and can turn opportunities into long-term partnerships. Someone who knows the Mumbai media scene, has been around brand teams and agencies, and already has the connections to make things happen. If you've spent 5+ years working with brands, agencies, production houses, or creators, and you know exactly who to call for briefs, collabs, and content budgets we want you. What you'll do: - Bring in new leads and business for our video production + creator-led content vertical. - Tap into your network across brands, agencies, and media companies to unlock briefs. - Pitch creative ideas, content formats, and campaign solutions aligned with our style. - Build relationships, convert opportunities, and manage a clean sales pipeline. - Work closely with our production and creative teams to deliver high-quality content. What we expect: - Strong Mumbai network in the media/brand ecosystem. - Great communication, pitching confidence, and an understanding of creator-led storytelling. - Someone proactive, self-driven, and accountable even while working remotely. - A genuine interest in content, culture, and brand storytelling.
