Business Development Manager - Feet on Street Discover Resorts Ltd is a pre-IPO start-up and a leader in the enormous destination wedding industry We have executed over 250 Destination Weddings in our 200 room flagship resort at Karjat We are now seeking to scale our resorts across India and Internationally Discover Resorts Ltd wants to be the leading budget resort chain for Indians seeking holiday locations for leisure spiritual weddings and family events Instagram https www instagram com discover resorts Youtube https rb gy kweskm Job Title Business Development Manager - Field Sales We re looking for a dynamic field-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales by meeting corporates across assigned territories This is a high-energy target-driven role for someone who thrives in face-to-face sales and is passionate about closing deals on the ground Key Responsibilities - Conduct 20-25 meetings per week with prospective clients - Meetings will be prescheduled by our call center - Pitch offerings to corporates through in-person visits and presentations - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers - Achieve and exceed sales targets through aggressive field sales and lead conversions - Provide client feedback and market intelligence to internal teams Requirements - 5 years of field sales experience background in FMCG pharma is a plus - Proven track record of meeting sales goals - Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills - Self-starter who enjoys travel and client interaction - Minimum qualification Bachelor s Diploma What You Get - Competitive salary with high performance-based incentives - Opportunity to be part of a fast-growing brand with a strong market presence Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Schedule Rotational shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Language English Preferred Work Location In person
