ROLE DESCRIPTION: This is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Gurugram for the position of Head of Sales. The Head of Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading a high-performing sales team, and managing relationships with HNIs, institutional clients, and channel partners. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies aligned with company goals, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in high-value property sales, strong leadership skills, and a results-driven approach. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals. - Identify new market opportunities and drive business expansion. - Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team with clear KPIs. - Build and nurture strong relationships with HNIs, institutional clients, and channel partners. - Drive negotiations and successfully close high-value property deals. - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. - Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure aligned growth strategies. - Oversee effective use of CRM/sales tools for lead management, tracking, and reporting. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: - Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related field. - 1520 years of sales experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role (real estate preferred). - Proven track record in high-ticket / luxury property sales. - Strong knowledge of real estate sales processes (residential & commercial). - Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects. - Proficiency in Farvision is an added advantage.
