Job Description Role and Responsibilities: Relationship management and growth Develop and maintain key relationships:Build trust and rapport with high-value clients and senior decision-makers to foster long-term partnerships. Drive upsell and cross-sell:Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business within existing accounts by introducing new or enhanced products and services (e.g., additional payment solutions, lending products). Create strategic account plans:Develop and execute growth strategies tailored to each client's specific business objectives to maximize revenue and profitability. Solution delivery and client advocacy Serve as the main point of contact:Act as the central liaison between the client and internal teams, including product, engineering, and operations. Guide the onboarding process:Support clients through the full onboarding cycle to ensure a smooth and successful start. Provide tailored solutions:Use a deep understanding of the client's business and technical needs to propose and implement customized fintech solutions. Champion client needs internally:Advocate for the client's interests and feedback within the company to influence product development and enhance service delivery. Resolve client issues:Address and resolve client complaints and problems promptly and professionally to maintain trust. Business intelligence and strategy Conduct market analysis:Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to provide valuable insights to clients and internal teams. Map white-space opportunities:Systematically identify unmet needs or untapped business segments within key client organizations for potential expansion. Track and report on performance:Prepare regular reports and forecasts using key account metrics for both internal and external stakeholders. We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
