Our programs enable organizations to build digital capabilities, bridge skill gaps, and drive business transformation. Role Overview We are looking for a driven and self-motivated Business Development Executive to spearhead new client acquisition and expand our enterprise footprint in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the corporate learning ecosystem, the ability to identify opportunities, and a proven track record in selling training or talent-based solutions. This role is based in Vadodara, Gujarat, with occasional travel for client meetings, events, and business reviews. Key Responsibilities - Identify, qualify, and acquire new enterprise clients across industries for Training and Talent Solutions. - Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets. - Build a strong sales pipeline through research, networking, cold outreach, and digital engagement. - Engage with key decision-makers including L&D Heads, HR Leaders, CIOs, and Business Unit Heads. - Conduct consultative sales discussions to understand client challenges and propose relevant solutions. - Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to create tailored proposals and presentations. - Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to closure — ensuring consistent follow-ups and conversions. - Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and sales reports. - Represent the organization in conferences, webinars, and customer forums to build market presence. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in B2B Business Development, preferably in EdTech, Corporate Training, Talent Solutions, or SaaS. - Strong understanding of the Indian corporate skilling and learning landscape. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets. - Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and execution focus. - Based in Vadodara, Gujarat (mandatory) with willingness to travel occasionally
