Our programs enable organizations to build digital capabilities, bridge skill gaps, and drive business transformation.Role OverviewWe are looking for a driven and self-motivated Business Development Executive to spearhead new client acquisition and expand our enterprise footprint in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the corporate learning ecosystem, the ability to identify opportunities, and a proven track record in selling training or talent-based solutions.This role is based in Vadodara, Gujarat, with occasional travel for client meetings, events, and business reviews.Key Responsibilities- Identify, qualify, and acquire new enterprise clients across industries for Training and Talent Solutions.- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets.- Build a strong sales pipeline through research, networking, cold outreach, and digital engagement.- Engage with key decision-makers including L&D Heads, HR Leaders, CIOs, and Business Unit Heads.- Conduct consultative sales discussions to understand client challenges and propose relevant solutions.- Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to create tailored proposals and presentations.- Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to closure — ensuring consistent follow-ups and conversions.- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and sales reports.- Represent the organization in conferences, webinars, and customer forums to build market presence.Requirements- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related field.- 3+ years of experience in B2B Business Development, preferably in EdTech, Corporate Training, Talent Solutions, or SaaS.- Strong understanding of the Indian corporate skilling and learning landscape.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and execution focus.- Based in Vadodara, Gujarat (mandatory) with willingness to travel occasionally
