Position: ServiceNow Architect:

Experience: 10+ Years in IT (4 years as ServiceNow Architect)

Location: Pune / Indore/Remote

What You'll Do:

As a ServiceNow Architect at InfoBeans, you will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions across multiple domains and enterprise systems.

Solution Architecture & Design

- Lead architecture and design for ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, ITBM, GRC, and CSM
- Create sustainable, scalable, and extensible architecture solutions that meet client business objectives
- Design integrations with external systems (ERP, CRM, 3rd-party apps) ensuring seamless interoperability

Technical Leadership

- Provide technical direction and mentoring to developers and implementation teams
- Define and enforce best practices for development, coding standards, and platform usage
- Conduct architecture reviews, technical workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions

Implementation & Integration

- Oversee the end-to-end implementation lifecycle including configuration, customization, and integration
- Lead development of custom scoped applications and Service Portal components
- Ensure robust integrations using ServiceNow APIs (REST/SOAP), MID Server, and IntegrationHub

Governance & Optimization

- Define platform governance standards and ensure compliance across teams
- Maintain detailed architectural documentation and perform regular system health checks and audits
- Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and alignment with enterprise architecture principles

Stakeholder Engagement

- Collaborate with IT and business leaders to understand requirements and propose impactful ServiceNow solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor on ServiceNow capabilities and roadmap alignment
- Manage relationships with cross-functional teams to drive enterprise-wide transformation

Technical Skills Required

- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow development and architecture, including:
- JavaScript, Glide, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub
- Deep experience in REST/SOAP APIs, integration strategies, and external system architecture
- Expertise in CMDB, Service Portal, Performance Analytics, and enterprise data models
- Working knowledge of Agile, ITIL, and DevOps methodologies

Certifications (Mandatory)

- CSA – Certified System Administrator
- CIS – ITSM
- CIS – HRSD
- CIS – GRC

Nice to Have:

- CIS – ITBM
- CIS – SecOps / SIR / Vulnerability Response (VR)
- Architect-level credentials or ITIL Expert
