Job Title:
Servicenow Architect and Operations Specialist

This is a high-level technical role for an experienced Servicenow professional who can manage complex systems, architect solutions and drive process improvements across the organization.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience administering the Servicenow platform across various modules, with strong knowledge of Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, ACLs and integration with third-party systems. They should be able to set up and track metrics like ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage and SLA performance.

Main Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement Servicenow solutions that meet business needs and drive process improvements
- Manage and maintain existing Servicenow instances, ensuring high performance and uptime
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and streamline workflows, leveraging Servicenow capabilities
- Develop and execute training programs for L1/L2 teams on Servicenow configuration and best practices

Key Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in administering Servicenow across various modules
- Strong understanding of Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, ACLs and data import/export
- Experience with domain separation, scoped apps, UI policies and integration with third-party systems
- Proven ability to collaborate with HR, IT and Facilities teams to drive process improvements and change management
