ServiceNow Technical Advocate

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing technical support, performing system maintenance, and assisting end-users with ServiceNow-related issues.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform, IT service management (ITSM) principles, and general IT operations. Key responsibilities include:
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
• Performing routine maintenance tasks and system upgrades, ensuring the platform remains stable and operational.
• Providing support to end-users, addressing their questions and concerns regarding the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of the ServiceNow platform.
• Ensuring all support activities comply with IT security policies and federal regulations.
This role requires strong problem-solving and customer service skills. The qualified candidate will possess a strong background in IT operations, experience with ServiceNow, help desk processes, applications, networking, Office 365, and Azure. A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred.
