Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior/Lead ServiceNow QA/Tester with Business Analyst expertise in Workday HR, Colleague environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute comprehensive test plans for functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
  • End-to-end testing: Design and run test cases for employee processes spanning multiple systems from Workday to ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.
  • Experience in testing data exchange between ServiceNow and Workday via their respective APIs (REST and SOAP), utilizing ServiceNow's Integration Hub.
  • Workflow automation: Expertise in testing HR workflows that span both platforms including automated onboarding, offboarding and other lifecycle events initiated in Workday executed in ServiceNow.
  • Performance testing: Evaluating the performance of integrated systems under different loads particularly for real-time integrations.
  • Regression testing: Conduct thorough regression testing for every ServiceNow update or Workday patch ensuring integrations remain intact.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Prolific ServiceNow Tester experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday HR principles.
  • Colleague experience: Specific expertise in the employee-facing side of HR systems guaranteeing a positive user experience.
