Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Security Operations specialist to drive successful implementations of our clients' Vulnerability Response and Security Incident Response modules.

This key role will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementation, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow SecOps architecture, integrations with threat intelligence and vulnerability scanning tools, and automation using Flow Designer or Security Orchestration (SOAR).

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow data models, module interdependencies, and strong troubleshooting skills. They will have a proven track record of delivering complex enterprise deployments and excellent client communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end implementation of ServiceNow Security Operations modules
  • Configuration and customization of workflows, playbooks, data imports, dashboards, and business rules
  • Implementation of threat intelligence integrations and vulnerability scanner integrations
  • Automation using Flow Designer or Security Orchestration (SOAR)

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Security Operations architecture and data models
  • Proven experience with full lifecycle implementations of VR and SIR
  • Hands-on scripting experience with JavaScript and Glide API
  • Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, and SOC operations

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR) in ServiceNow
  • Understanding of vulnerability lifecycle management and incident triage frameworks
