We are seeking experienced Senior ServiceNow Developers to contribute to various initiatives, primarily supporting the Project Management Office (PMO). The primary focus will be on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Demand Management modules within ServiceNow. Candidates must be proficient in developing, customizing, and enhancing ServiceNow functionalities aligned with business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using ServiceNow platform capabilities
  • Customize and enhance SPM and Demand modules to meet evolving business requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, business analysts, and system architects
  • Provide end-to-end support from requirements gathering to implementation and post-deployment support
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development to work on customizations and implementations across various ServiceNow products.
  • Proven expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Demand Management modules
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, with working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Experience in customizing ServiceNow forms, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies/actions, and integrations
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Good to have ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM or equivalent certifications
  • Exposure to other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, APM, or ITOM
  • Working Hours: Candidate must be available during North American (NAM) business hours
