About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer / Business Analyst with 5–7 years of experience in managing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow applications. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across modules like Incident, Change, Asset Management, Service Catalog, and ITBM. This role involves both technical development and functional collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and administer ServiceNow modules including:
  • Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management
  • Service Catalog, Asset Management, and Request Fulfillment (RITM)
  • ITBM applications (Ideation, Demand, PPM, Resource Management)
  • Facilitate and support Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and manage change ticket audits.
  • Provide end-user support, handle incident tickets, and process service requests within SLAs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and build sustainable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Create and manage Incident templates, reports, and dashboards.
  • Support multi-domain and standalone instance configurations.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, upgrade testing protocols, and performance benchmarks.
  • Ensure adherence to Change Management program policies and ITSM/ITIL best practices.
  • Support agile processes and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across multiple modules.
  • Strong ServiceNow development and administration capabilities.
  • ServiceNow System Administrator Certification is required.
  • Proven experience with ITBM module configuration and administration.
  • Excellent data analysis, report creation, and dashboard visualization skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and service management principles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client engagements, work independently, and deliver within deadlines.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and documentation.
