The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting potential clients, and managing business opportunities through online bidding portals such asUpwork, PeoplePerHour (PPH), Guru, LinkedIn, and other freelance platforms. This is an excellent opportunity forfreshersor candidates with up to1 year of experiencewho are eager to start their career in IT sales and business development. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and generate new business opportunities throughbidding portals(Upwork, PPH, Guru, LinkedIn, etc.). - Prepare proposalsand quotations based on client requirements. - Manage and nurtureleadsfrom generation toconversion. - Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure smooth communication. - Research and analyze market trends to identify potential growth areas. - Collaborate with internal teams (Technical, Marketing, Design) to deliver client solutions. - Meet or exceedmonthly and quarterly targets. - Maintain records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools. Required Skills & Knowledge: - Basic understanding oflead generationandlead conversionprocesses. - Knowledge ofonline bidding portalssuch as Upwork, PPH, Guru, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. - Excellentcommunication skills(verbal and written). - Stronganalytical and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Willingness to work inrotational shifts. Eligibility Criteria: - Experience:Fresher to 1 Year - Education:Bachelor's or Master's degree inTechnical(IT/CS/Engineering) orMarketingfields. - Location:Candidates must belocalto [Mohali] and ready to work from the office.
