Job Description Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead our sales operations across India. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in sales management and will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities - Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve sales targets. - Manage and lead the sales team to drive performance and meet company objectives. - Identify new market opportunities and foster relationships with key clients. - Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management. - Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align strategies. - Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competition. - Provide training and support to sales representatives to enhance their skills. - Manage budgeting and forecasting for the sales department. Skills and Qualifications - 4-8 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a national role. - Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to develop strategic sales plans and execute effectively. - Strong negotiation skills and a customer-oriented mindset. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
