Job Title: Business Development Manager / Head – Real Estate, Hospitality & Manufacturing Plant Setup Location: Ahmedabad Company: MKC Infrastructure Ltd. Position Overview We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Development professional with proven experience in Real Estate Development, Hospitality (Hotels/Resorts), and Manufacturing Plant Setup / Industrial Projects. The incumbent will drive new business opportunities, perform feasibility assessments, and spearhead growth initiatives across multiple domains. Key Responsibilities - Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities in Real Estate, Hospitality, and Industrial sectors. - Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and financial analysis for new projects. - Manage land sourcing, due diligence, and project negotiations with key stakeholders. - Establish and maintain relationships with investors, landowners, hotel operators, and industrial partners. - Lead JV/JDA discussions, franchise partnerships, and strategic alliances. - Support management in concept planning and business modeling for new developments. - Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Projects teams for deal structuring and execution. - Represent the company at business forums, exhibitions, and investor meetings. Required Experience - 8–15 years of experience in Business Development, Project Development, or Corporate Strategy. - Strong exposure in at least two domains: - ✅ Real Estate Development / Township Projects - ✅ Hotel & Resort Expansion / Hospitality Business - ✅ Manufacturing Plant Setup / Industrial Land Development - Demonstrated success in land acquisition, deal sourcing, negotiations, JV/JDA structuring, and business expansion. - Sound knowledge of government norms, RERA, land laws, and regulatory approval processes. Qualifications - MBA in Marketing / Business Development - OR - B.E./B.Tech (Civil / Mechanical) with proven Business Development experience - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Compensation Level Experience Senior BD Manager- 8–10 years AGM / DGM – BD-10–15 years Interested Candidates Can Share Their Updated Resume -jeena.sunil@evokehr.com
