Join us on this groundbreaking journey as we reshape the future of finance, governance, and technology.Key Responsibilities Sales & Partnerships: Manage full sales cycle — from outreach and discovery to negotiation, closure, and integration.Strategy & KPIs: Develop and execute plans to achieve revenue and integration targets.Relationship Management: Own end-to-end partner relations and ensure seamless handoffs to Product/Tech.CRM & Pipeline: Maintain updated CRM, track progress, and ensure team-wide visibility.Feature Feedback: Gather and relay partner feature requests to Tech for prioritization.Representation: Attend conferences to expand partnerships and visibility.Process Optimization: Improve sales materials, decks, and social presence; analyze sales performance.What we look for : 3–5 years in Partnerships / BD / Sales (Web3, Fintech, or VC preferred).Proven success in strategic partnerships and key account closures.Strong understanding of blockchain, dApps, and crypto fundamentals.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and writing skills.Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset, thrives in lean teams.Skilled in HubSpot/CRMs, Google Suite, Slack, Telegram, and Asana.Nice to have: Existing Web3 network or prior experience with protocols/funds.
