Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Salary Business Development Executive, based in Ahmedabad. The role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, generating leads for corporate salary accounts, and fostering relationships with corporate clients. The candidate will be responsible for account management, ensuring client satisfaction and retention, and contributing to the overall business goals of the organization. Qualifications - Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation - Strong skills in Communication and Business relationship building - Experience in Account Management and maintaining client satisfaction - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred - Ability to work effectively in a client-facing on-site environment - Previous experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus - Goal-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
