The Hub Head will be responsible for driving revenue, coordinating with local partners and internal teams, and ensuring seamless execution of business strategies across the region. CAREERPROGRESSION Ability to progress career FOR Sales. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Drive sales and business development of infection control solutions, medical equipment/devices within the assigned geography. 2. Build and strengthen relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and influencers within the healthcare ecosystem to support business growth 3. Lead and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies. 4. Manage government sales and tender business, with special focus on GeM portal bids and related processes. 5. Coordinate with local partners (LPs) for follow-ups, bid submissions, and next-level actions. 6. Oversee hub operations, ensuring efficient coordination with cross-functional teams for business execution. 7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide insights for strategic planning. Key Performance Indicators(KPIs): Revenue growth Achieving Sales Targets within the assigned geographies Government/Institutional Sales- Number/Value of GeM bids won KOL Engagements GeM Tender Management timely submission & conversion rate of bids Effective in co-ordinating with local partners (LP's) through follow ups/bids Customer retention & satisfaction- Follow ups & feedbacks Qualifications: - Graduate/Postgraduate- in any discipline (with a preference to Biotechnology/Microbiology) - MBAAny discipline (with preference to Microbiology) Experience: Attribute/Skill/Experience Weightage 4-5 years Experience, in driving sales and business development for medical equipment/device sales (experience in infection control will be an added advantage) 40% Should Have strong Govt. sales experience 30% Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 15% Should Have strong Govt. sales experience Strong background in KOL/Influencer engagement 15% Key Competencies: - Proven experience in medical equipment/device sales from government sales background. - Strong background in KOL and influencer management within the healthcare industry. - Demonstrated expertise in handling government sales, tender business, and GeM bids. - Ability to manage a specific geography with in-depth market understanding. - Strong coordination, leadership, and relationship management skills.
