Requirements - Experience: 5+ years of experience in medical device sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degrees preferred. - Skills: - Strong sales leadership and business development skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze market data and make informed business decisions. - Strong team management and coaching skills. - Experience with medical device sales, including knowledge of medical terminology and regulatory requirements.
