Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will work to achieve sales targets by developing strategies, building strong customer relationships, and managing a team of sales professionals. Additional responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and providing regular performance reports. You will also be responsible for mentoring the sales team, conducting training, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery. Qualifications - Proven skills in sales, business development, and achieving targets in a competitive environment - Effective communication skills, team collaboration, and strong interpersonal abilities - Analytical thinking, market research, and strategy development expertise - Experience in customer relationship management and client servicing - Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite - Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field - Familiarity with the insurance sector is a strong advantage - Proactive and goal-oriented approach, with excellent leadership and organizational skills
