Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Ludhiana for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will manage and oversee sales operations, develop strategies to achieve sales targets, and foster relationships with clients and stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, leading a sales team, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through strategic planning and execution. The Sales Manager will also coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational growth and sustainability. Qualifications - Strong sales, business development, and client relationship management skills - Proficiency in team management, leadership, and strategic planning - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities - Knowledge of market trends and expertise in consumer health-tech or related industries is an advantage - Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and address challenges - Proven experience meeting or exceeding sales targets in a dynamic environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
