Inviting applications for the role of Senior Associate, Application Support L1
In this role, you will assist in designing, testing, Technical Support and refining prompts to optimize the performance of large language models (LLMs) and other generative AI systems. This requires L2 Technical support across 24x7. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for language, logic, and technology to grow in the rapidly evolving field of AI.
Responsibilities
.Collaborate with senior engineers and data scientists to develop effective prompts for various use cases.
.Test and evaluate prompt performance across different models and scenarios.
.Analyze model outputs for accuracy, relevance, and bias.
.Maintain documentation of prompt iterations, test results, and best practices.
.Provide Technical Support across 24x7
.Stay updated with the latest advancements in prompt engineering and generative AI.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
.Bachelors in engineering with a major in computer science degree
.Basic programming knowledge (Python preferred).
.Basic understanding on Agentic AI with Prompt Engineering.
.Basic Understanding of the Salesforce Admin
.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
.Excellent written and verbal communication.
.Attention to detail and a curiosity-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Experience with prompt engineering tools or platforms.
.Good to have the knowledge on the ITIL process
.Technical Support process, Major Incident Management, Helpdesk workflow
