- Application AWS Support L1_
- In this role, you will be a part of the Cora support team who will take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution._

- Responsibilities_
- _Knowledge of the Genpact AWS Archival solution._
- _Good understanding of the Analyze, Monitor and report on the AWS Archival solution_
- _Knowledge of the Java script, Python to write automations and data reconciliation._
- _Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution._
- _Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues._
- _Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams._
- _Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers._
- _Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues._
- _Prepare accurate and timely reports._
- _Enable the users to handle activities on their own._

- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications / Skills_
- _Bachelor's/Graduation/Equivalent Preferred qualifications in IT (B.Tech, M.C.A., B.Sc. IT, B.C.A.)_
- _JAVA knowledge is good to have. Must be able to SUPPORT Application built on Salesforce Platform and integrated with various systems viz SAP, Webservice, API Integration, middleware._
- _Must know Support process, Issue Management, Ticket Management_

- _Ability to deal with ambiguity and define approaches to bring unfocused issues to resolution._
- _Ensures project issues are raised on time and resolved at the appropriate levels. Keeps project or delivery teams informed of the overall status._
