Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and challenges.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in tech/SaaS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- High level of motivation and a proactive attitude.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
