Position: Business Development Manager Job Location: Aligarh, Bhubaneswar, and Patna Experience Required: Minimum 6 Years Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, identify new market opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role involves close collaboration with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless coordination and overall business success. Qualifications - Strong skills in business development, strategic planning, and relationship management - Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and sales analytics - Experience in negotiation, contract management, and customer acquisition - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and work in fast-paced environments - Prior experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or retail industry is highly desirable - Willingness to work on-site in New Delhi, with a proactive and results-driven approach
