Role Description The Business Development Executive will play a key role in driving new business growth and fostering relationships with clients. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying opportunities for new business, generating and converting leads, building and maintaining client relationships, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaboration with the marketing and operations teams to meet company goals and expand market presence. Qualifications - Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation - Strong proficiency in Account Management and fostering client relationships - Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills - Understanding of business processes and the ability to strategize for market expansion - Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets - Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite is an advantage - Experience in EdTech, E-learning, or the Civil Engineering domain is preferred - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
