- Develop and implement business strategies to expand the retail footprint in West and South regions.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities within the fashion/apparel sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Oversee the end-to-end process of store openings, including site selection and negotiations.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Prepare and present detailed business proposals and performance reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards across all business development activities.
The Successful Applicant
- A degree in business, retail management, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in business development within the retail industry, specifically in fashion/apparel.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics in the West and South regions.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Willingness to travel as required for the role.
