- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business targets in the fashion and apparel retail sector.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales teams across the region, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities within the assigned region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and alignment with company goals.
- Prepare and present regular reports on regional sales performance to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies, processes, and quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Regional Manager - Rest of West should have:
- A professional degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in sales, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in managing sales operations within the fashion and apparel retail industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills to drive performance and meet goals.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Flexibility to travel within the assigned region as required.
