Job Description
Develop and implement business strategies to expand the retail footprint in West and South regions.Identify and evaluate new market opportunities within the fashion/apparel sector.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.Oversee the end-to-end process of store openings, including site selection and negotiations.Monitor market trends and competitors to inform strategic decisions.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.Prepare and present detailed business proposals and performance reports to senior management.Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards across all business development activities.The Successful Applicant
A degree in business, retail management, or a related field.Proven expertise in business development within the retail industry, specifically in fashion/apparel.Strong understanding of market dynamics in the West and South regions.Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively.Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.Willingness to travel as required for the role.-
