We are seeking a result-oriented Franchise Acquisition & Expansion Manager to drive the

growth of our school network. The role will focus on identifying prospective franchise

partners, building strong business relationships, and ensuring smooth onboarding for new

school projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners for school expansion.
  • Develop and manage the franchise acquisition pipeline through leads, referrals, and

market research.

  • Conduct presentations, meetings, and business discussions with prospective partners.
  • Support franchisees in understanding operational, financial, and compliance

requirements.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handover and project execution.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 58 years of experience in franchise development, business expansion, or

school/education consulting.

  • Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving acquisition or expansion targets.
