Franchise Development Manager

• Use online market research and catalogue findings to databases & oversee PAN India/ International franchise
• Remain fully informed on market trends of franchise, competitors researches and implement best practices at Little Nap.
• Identify and research potential markets to launch new franchise and advise CEO/Board for new opportunities & Visit franchise time to time.
• Prepare and execute the marketing strategy for Company's 'franchise opportunity: attracting new franchise.
• Identify & develop strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate lead opportunities/Develop a strong knowledge of Little Nap's products in order to facilitate the sales process.
• Manage, nurture and convert leads into sales opportunities, online lead conversion to sales and reporting on lead status.
• Generate leads through online source/ exhibitions/AV dealers/builders and developers/ through walking's in showroom/architect/ interior designers.
• Work closely with Franchise India for documents, shows & follow ups etc.
• Ensure and develop brochure,financials,feasibility for new franchise.
• Develop good Branding plans & Vendor Management for all franchise PAN India.
• Ensure the financial performance and revenue targets of the franchisee is achieved through analysis of its Profit & Loss and KPIs. WHY WORK

• Person with prior experience in retail of home appliances & home furniture.
• A strategic and creative business expansion mind with strong leadership skills.
• Customer service skills, technical skills to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on the client's requirements along with solid development skills.
